Tropical Storm Olivia has stalled tonight over the eastern North Pacific Ocean, centered about 865 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California. Maximum sustained winds are now down to 45 mph. Olivia should weaken further to a tropical depression tonight and a remnant low during the next day or so. It is not a threat to land.
