I look forward to our rainbow powered cars.

Congrats to the Obama Administration and Ray Lahood for there combined effort in enforcing fuel efficiency in auto-motives.

The major car manufacturers are on track and almost in reach of Obama's goal at having a nationwide average of 54 miles per gallon.

Ford now tops my list of the most fuel efficient car !

1) Ford C Max Hybrid: 51 City/49 Hwy
2) Toyota Prius: 51 City/48 Hwy
3) Honda Civic Hybrid: 44 City/44 Hwy
4) Lexus CT 200h: 43 City/40 Hwy
5) Toyota Camry Hybrid: 43 City/39 Hwy
6) Ford Fusion Hybrid: 41 City/36 Hwy
7) Lincoln MKZ Hybrid: 41 City/36 Hwy
8) Smart for Two: 34 City/38 Hwy
9) Chevrolet Cruze Eco: 28 City/42 Hwy
10)Hyundai Elantra: 29 City/40 Hwy

"Lets see how fuel efficient the cars will be in 2013"

"example of how we protect the environment and strengthen the economy at the same time"

That's my kind of policy!

It's great to see the new efficiency standards --- please keep pushing the envelope!

wonderful to new standards will promote innovation and lead to new technologies.

We have to be more sensitive to the environment and we have to use our resources more efficiently. Therefore, I find this effort very useful.

I can't believe that I am looking on this government website for information on commercial vehicles that work on for a living and I have to read about how president Obama knows how hard it is for American families to hold on to their paycheck! I thought this would be an informational website, not a political statement.

we should come on bike.or they should initiate the public transpost..as the decision is healthful for us.thanks
