Data Revisions

3/8/2012 - Data shown in the "Commodity Flow Survey: Geographic Area Series: Shipment Characteristics by Origin Geography by Destination Geography by NAICS by Mode: 2007" were revised because a processing error resulted in incorrect tabulated data being released. The data were publicly available from December 2009 to March 2012. The revised data were released May 17, 2012.

The data were publicly available from December 2009 to March 2012. The revised data were released May 17, 2012.

6/7/2011 - Data from the 5/24/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

5/24/2011 - Data in the 5/17/2011 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 6/7/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of final company summary data. Contact the SBO staff at 301-763-3316 for more information.

5/17/2011 - Data from the 5/3/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

5/3/2011 - Data in the 4/26/2011 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 5/17/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for Veteran-owned firms. The continuing review of ownership characteristics for each new publication from the 2007 SBO will result in revisions to data previously released until final estimates are released in June 2011. 4/26/2011 - Data from the 4/12/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

4/12/2011 - Data in the 4/1/2011 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 4/26/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for Asian-owned firms. The continuing review of ownership characteristics for each new publication from the 2007 SBO will result in revisions to data previously released until final estimates are released in June 2011. 4/1/2011 - Data from the 3/18/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

3/18/2011 - Data in the 3/11/2011 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 4/1/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander-owned firms. The continuing review of ownership characteristics for each new publication from the 2007 SBO will result in revisions to data previously released until final estimates are released in June 2011. 3/11/2011 - Data from the 2/25/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

2/25/2011 - Data in the 2/8/2011 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 3/11/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for American Indian and Alaska Native-owned firms. 2/8/2011 - Data from the 1/25/2011 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

1/25/2011 - Data in the 12/7/2010 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 2/8/2011. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for Black-owned firms. The continuing review of ownership characteristics for each new publication from the 2007 SBO will result in revisions to data previously released until final estimates are released in June 2011. 1/11/2011 - Data shown in the "Manufacturing: Subject Series: Concentration Ratios" are replaced due to a display error. The display error showed "zeroes" for values that were "not applicable" in the file, when instead they should have an "X". Display errors have been corrected and the values that are "not applicable" are displayed with the symbol "X". The data were publicly available from 12/17/2010 to 1/11/2011.

12/7/2010 - Data from the 11/16/2010 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

11/16/2010 - Data in the 9/21/2010 Survey of Business Owners (SBO) release will be revised on 12/7/2010. This is a planned data revision coincident with the release of new data for women-, men-, and equally-owned firms. The continuing review of ownership characteristics for each new publication from the 2007 SBO will result in revisions to data previously released until final estimates are released in June 2011. 10/19/2010 - Data from the 10/8/2010 revision notice are now available on American FactFinder:

10/8/2010 - Data shown in the "Construction General Summary: Selected Statistics for Establishments Value of Business Done Size Class" are currently being revised due to a processing error resulting in erroneous receipt size classes being tabulated. The data was publicly available from 5/18/2010 to 10/8/2010. The revised table will be available after 10/19/2010.
