The Management Development Centers, with our sister organization the Federal Executive Institute, are dedicated to developing great leaders for the Federal Government. Our locations in Shepherdstown, West Virginia; and Aurora, Colorado offer exceptional residential learning environments where Federal managers, supervisors and Executives can connect to learn best practices and build networks around shared issues. Our faculty, trainers, and facilitators -- drawn from America's elite corps of leadership development professionals – provide personalized services to help you focus on the developmental opportunities that will propel you to an outstanding level of performance excellence.

For 50 years, we have worked to

Our customers are high-performing supervisors, managers, and executives who come to our Centers for anywhere from a few days to four weeks to enhance their leadership and management skills. They may do so at any stage of their career from first line supervisor through the Senior Executive Service.
