The Management Conference Services supports Government organizations who want to conduct off-site management and executive development training, conferences, strategic planning sessions, and other events. Our national centers are self-contained, residential facilities designed for executive and management development activities. Excellent accommodations, unique features, and special services make our locations an ideal learning environment.

These services are available, up to three months in advance of your event, at any one of ourtraining centers in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and Aurora, Colorado. An experienced Government conference meeting planner coordinates space requirements, meeting logistics, and support services to ensure that programs and events run efficiently and effectively.

Locations and Transportation

Our national centers are located at the Federal Management Leadership Institute (FMLI) in Shepherdstown, West Virginia; and the Federal Management Leadership Institute (FMLI) in Aurora, Colorado. Travel to any of the locations is easily accomplished. Driving is a convenient option if you live in or near the Washington, DC or Denver metropolitan areas. If you travel by air, shuttle service operates between Washington Dulles Airport and the FMLI in Shepherdstown, WV., and between Denver International Airport and the FMLI in Aurora, CO.

Our national centers are available for use by government organizations through reimbursable agreements. Agencies should reference the Economy Act in such agreements.

Cancellation Clause

If a group holding confirmed space cancels the session less than 30 calendar days from the arrival date, a cancellation penalty is charged. The penalty is based on one night's "package price" per the number of expected participants.

Facilitation and custom and consultation services are not part of the "package price."
