Employee Suggestions
Program Overview
As part of the HHS Incentive Awards Program, the NIH Employee
Suggestion Program aims to improve Government operations and
services through awards. The program's purpose is to motivate
employees to increase productivity and creativity by rewarding
those whose accomplishments and adopted ideas benefit the Federal
Government.
