Interstate 95 North to Exit 302, Houlton.
Take right off ramp onto North Road
Go through first traffic light, take next right onto Putnam Ave.
Turn right onto Putnam Ave.
Hospital is at end of Putnam Ave.
Bear left into the parking lot, main entrance on right.
At main entrance, take first door on right as enter the lobby.
Clinic is located at the first door on left.
