Features of the VA SORCC MOVE! Program MOVE is a VA program to promote healthy lifestyle changes in veterans. We all know that increasing physical activity is an important part of improving health and well being. The general recommendation is to engage in moderate activity for 30 minutes or more for 5 or more days per week or vigorous activity for 20 minutes or more 3 or more days a week, but how many of us really get around to doing it. The MOVE! Program is designed for Veterans enrolled in the VA healthcare system who want assistance with managing their weight.
