The last three Presidents we have elected have broken this law. The worst offender in my opinion was George Bush II. We are not supposed to go to war without a declaration of war by Congress. This law outlines what the commander in chief is allowed to do with our armed forces without an Declaration of War. The young folks should read this. We need to stop being the UN's bully/instrument of peace, and obey our own laws for once. http://www.loc.gov/law/help/war-powers.php
