facebookNew York, NY – Congressman Charles Rangel announced that he will be hosting the Rangel Social Security Fair on Saturday, February 4, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Doors will open at 9:30 AM. The event will be held at the State Office Building, 163 W. 125th Street - 8th Floor, New York, NY 10037.
“The payroll tax cut debate in Congress that unfolded during the last months of 2011 stirred a lot of confusion and questions about Social Security,” said Rangel. “That's why I'm bringing Washington to our District to address many of the concerns my constituents may have about their benefits and the future of the program.”
The Rangel Social Security Fair will feature representatives from the Social Security Administration who will provide info on a wide range of topics, talk about their new online services and answer individual questions. More info can be found at Rangel.house.gov.
