GAO is required by statute to keep Congress informed of all GAO reports and testimony issued each month and annually (Section 234 of Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970, Pub. L. 91-150, 84 Stat. 1170 (1970) (codified at 31 U.S.C. sections 719(h) and 720 (g))). We meet this requirement with our online "Month in Review" and "Annual Index."

The "Month in Review" is our monthly listing. We notify Members and Committees when each new month is available, and anyone can subscribe to the Month in Review e-mail. We also prepare the "Annual Index" after the end of the fiscal year September 30 and notify Members and Committees when it is available.
