Regular Physical Activity May Extend Life

Regular exercise at even low levels of activity may add years to life, according to a new NCI-funded study of more than 650,000 middle-age adults. More physical activity and lower body weight corresponded to longer life expectancy, but gains were seen even among those who were obese and only exercised moderately.
