Complex & Specialized Acquisitions

The Complex & Specialized Acquisitions Team supports the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) by coordinating transparent, high dollar, and often technical and/or very complex programs and projects that involve:

• acquisition planning
• strategic sourcing
• administration and lease negotiations
• training
• policy
• budget
• personnel transaction support

Focusing on the technological needs of GPO, the products and services procured—including computer equipment, consulting services, and maintenance support—are critical to the overall mission of the GPO and generally require quick turnaround. Complex & Specialized Acquisitions also provides oversight of unique projects and services, as well as management of the GPO's Government Purchase Card Program and other Acquisition Services' functions.
