TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Orders for Take Charge: Fighting Back Against Identity Theft

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) publication entitled Take Charge: Fighting Back Against Identity Theft. The estimated cost of this paperbound pamphlet (comprising of 48 pages) is $.75 for each copy. (Please note that the rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery orders only. Mailing costs, if incurred, will comprise an additional charge.) Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting paperwork.

To take advantage of the rider rate, forward your requisition (Standard Form1) to the GPO no later than June 20, 2005,for delivery in late July. Please specify FTC requisition number 5-00079 and GPO jacket number 316-349 on your requisition. Requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401.
