SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for OMB Circular No. A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget (paper copy and CD-ROM)

This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the revision of OMB Circular No. A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget, which OMB will also make available on the Internet in late June.

If you would like to have paper copies and/or CD-ROMs of this product, you must order them directly from GPO as OMB will not provide agencies with copies. OMB has advised that revised paper copies and CD-ROMs will not be released for any subsequent updates (such as the November update). This revision and any subsequent updates will be available at: www.omb.gov/circulars. Order information is as follows:

Please note that your requisitions (SF-1s) for the above products are due to GPO no later than 12 noon, July 1, 2005. Be sure to indicate the total number of paper copies and CD-ROMs needed for all of the activities in your organization. Agency field or regional offices should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, D.C. area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. Requisitions must also include the appropriate Jacket and Requisition numbers noted above.
