Myths: Did you know?
The small Senate Rotunda did not originally have a chandelier; its original purpose was to provide sunlight and ventilation for the Capitol's lower floors.

Myths: Did you know?
Although it was not a dance hall, the Maryland Theatre was part of a large hotel and entertainment complex in Baltimore. It had stages for both Vaudeville and plays, and also featured Turkish baths, billiard halls, and a large painting gallery. The theatre was demolished in 1950-51 to make way for a parking lot.
