Slide 2 of 7. This is a display of the wire recording of Pennsylvania German folk music in the client-server viewer. (A browser-based viewer is under construction.) The “structural map” part of the METS document is displayed as the content-navigation tree at left, and the master version of the image of the front of the box and wire spool has been selected for viewing. The end-user has adjusted the size of the frames to show the song titles at full length. Below the picture, the highlighted arrow and mid-position slider indicate that the audio is playing.
