SUBJECT: Annual Survey of Ethics Officials
The United States Office of Government Ethics (OGE) needs your feedback to assess and improve the quality of its services to you. To collect your feedback, OGE will launch its Annual Survey of Ethics Officials during the week of August 20, 2012. Your response will provide OGE with information to enhance the executive branch ethics program.
The survey calls principally for opinion-based responses. It should take no more than 10 minutes to provide responses to the 21 survey questions. The survey will be distributed to the Designated Agency Ethics Official (DAEO), Alternate DAEO, and other high-level agency ethics contacts at all executive branch agencies.
The survey will be open from August 23, 2012 through September 10, 2012. All responses must be submitted by September 10, 2012. Please contact Ciara Guzman at 202-482-9241 or by e-mail at EthicsOfficialSurvey@oge.gov if you have any questions regarding the survey.
