The Department of State FY 2000 Annual Program Performance Report (the Report) documents the Department's fulfillment of performance goals for Fiscal Year (FY) 2000, as set out in its FY 1999-FY 2000 Performance Plan. These documents describe actions taken during the previous administration. Issuance of this report satisfies a legislative requirement of the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA).
