    Appears to be Lake Skadar, "also called Lake Scutari and Lake Shkodër", in northern Albania, based on the similarities between the pictured bridge and this recent photo.

    Scutari is the Italian name for the Albanian city of Shkodër
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shkod%C3%ABr
    It was the site of a Serbian invasion in the summer of 1915.
