      I would make a (fairly educated) guess that it's a Rolleiflex. The shot was probably made with a Rollei also. I actually own one that is probably very similar if not the same as what she's holding ;-)

      The patch on her left sleeve is a US "civilian patch" as worn by non-combatants in WW II.
