Court room drawings and illustrations by Howard Brodie are protected by copyright. Yank magazine illustrations by Howard Brodie were created when Brodie was working for the United States Army; works by the U.S. Government, including the U.S. military services, are not eligible for copyright protection. There are no known restrictions on publication of Brodie's Yank magazine illustrations. Privacy and publicity rights do not apply to court room drawings but may apply to other illustrations Mr. Brodie created.
Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.
Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original illustrations.
