Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted, subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original photographs.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. Ms. Fleming's photographs are restricted by copyright. Works created after January 1, 1978 are protected for the creator's life plus 70 years. In addition, in providing photographs for the Library's collections, Ms. Fleming has stipulated that her photographs may not be published without her permission. (See P&P Collection Files.)
