Military Compensation Background Papers, Sixth Edition (May 2005)
A legislative and regulatory history of military compensation, benefits, and manpower cost-items, published under the auspices of the Department of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.

Laws and Regulations Governing the Protection of Sensitive but Unclassified Information (September 2004), PDF
Sets forth the statutes, regulations, and Executive Branch directives that define and govern access to Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. The report delineates regulations and directives applicable to several U.S. government agencies.

The Sociology and Psychology of Terrorism: Who Becomes a Terrorist and Why? (September 1999), PDF
Discusses the types of individuals and groups that are prone to terrorism in an effort to provide insight for the improvement of U.S. counterterrorist methods and policies. Posits an al-Qaida suicide crash landing of an airliner into the Pentagon.

Domestic Trends to the Year 2015: Forecasts for the United States (July 1991) PDF
Identifies trends and change drivers in the U.S. in the areas of demography, the economy, natural resources, education, society, military science, and geopolitics and threat. After more than 10 years, many of the study’s findings and projections are still valid.
