"Two complete United States Army field hospitals, which are to be attached to the Belgian Army, will be shipped to Europe on the American liner St. Louis today. With the hospitals will go four surgeons and twentyfour nurses. Each hospital is complete and the War Department was permitted by special act of Congress to turn them over to the Red Cross. "
