Caption from Down Beat: Stuff was with Red Allen and others at Kelly's, the 52nd St. spot between 6th and 7th that is doing a heroic job trying to lure the cats from their beaten path (about 150 yards further west on 52nd--a goodly distance when tanked). Stuff was recently shaken from the moth balls and restored good as new. He's missing his old top hat (good), still sings "I'se A-Muggin" (bad) and is rumored planning to go to Europe.
