Dr. Billington's visit to Russia, Dec. 2012

Dr. Billington enjoyed his visit to the Glinka Museum of Musical Culture, where he was warmly hosted by Mikhail Bryzgalov, the Museum Director and OW alumnus. The Museum has been implementing a joint project with the Library of Congress on creating a digital database of musical manuscripts of a famous Russian composer Sergei Rachmaninoff.
