METS News and AnnouncementsRevised METS Primer Now Available (April 15, 2010)A revised version of the METS Primer and Reference Manual is now available from the METS Schema and Documentation page on the METS website. This version of the Primer corrects numerous errors discovered in the original version published in 2007, including those reported by the METS community on the METS Documentation Errors List on the public METS wiki. It also includes new, larger and corrected diagrams, and these are no longer positioned so that they obscure portions of the Primer text. The revised version of the Primer, like the original version, is current through version 1.6 of the schema. The METS Board will now undertake to bring the Primer up to date with version 1.9 of the schema.
