CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 826August 11, 2011 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Publications "Guide to Federal Benefits" This Circular is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the below listed Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Guide to Federal Benefits publications. If you would like copies of these publications, you must order them directly from GPO as OPM does not stock supplies of any of these publications. Please note that the unit of issue on these publications is five (5) per package, thus the smallest amount of an item that can be ordered is five (5). The total quantity of your order for each item must be divisible by (five) 5. These publications will also be available on OPM's Website at www.opm.gov/insure/health/planinfo/guides/index.asp. Requisitions should be submitted by one of the three following methods: mailed to Customer Services, Agency Publishing Services, Communications & Status Center (COMSTAT), Mail Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401; faxed to (202) 512-1260 or, e -mailed to requisition@gpo.gov no later than September 16, 2011. Field or regional offices should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. Important Note: OPM will not provide rider requisition numbers for these publications. Please order these publications by providing the item number and title as noted in this letter. A separate requisition should be submitted for each different publication ordered. Note: The actual cost of each item will vary, depending upon the various specifications and quantity. The estimated rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Products are scheduled to be shipped to agency distribution points beginning October 24, 2011. The publications listed below are the revised November 2011 editions. The Guide to Federal Benefits provides summary information on the health plans participating in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) Program and information on the plans available in each state, rates, benefits, accreditation, and quality indicators. The Guide also provides information on program features and enrollment instructions.
