This lovely set of four coasters depicts the beautifully illustrated Boazio Map, from the Kislak Collection at the Library of Congress. The Jay I. Kislak Collection includes nearly 3,000 rare books, maps, documents, paintings, prints, and artifacts. Considered one of the finest collections of its kind in the world, the Kislak collection focuses on the early Americas from the time of the indigenous people of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean through the period of European contact, exploration, and settlement. The addition of the Jay Kislak Collection to the holdings of the Library of Congress gives the Library's collections new strengths that complement its current holdings and will benefit students of the history of the Americas.

Each tile is hand-selected and carved from large 100% Botticino Tumbled Marble blocks, where no two stones are ever alike.
