College Graduates

GPO uses the Federal Career Internship Program to recruit and retain high caliber college graduates. This program provides full time employment with complete benefits and the unique opportunity for students to obtain a position in the Federal government where employees are trained in an upward mobility, fast-track. This program requires that an applicant be a United States citizen.

Career Internship Program

Interns who participate in this two-year program receive valuable on-the-job experience as well as formal classroom training. Undergraduates are eligible for a starting salary at the PG-5 or PG-7 level based on your grade point average. Graduate students are eligible for PG-9.
