**IMPORTANT NOTE** My office will ONLY be accepting Inauguration Ticket Requests from residents of the 4th Congressional District of Texas. Due to the high volume of Inauguration ticket requests, parties are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets. Please do not send multiple requests. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email that your form has been received.
