Since 1984, Mr. Yanney served as the Chairman of the Burlington Capital Group LLC (formerly America First Companies, L.L.C.) and as Chairman Emeritus beginning in 2008. From 1977 until the organization of America First Companies, L.L.C., Mr. Yanney was principally engaged in the ownership and management of commercial banks. From 1961 to 1977, Mr. Yanney was employed by Omaha National Bank and Omaha National Corporation where he held various positions, including the position of Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the holding company. Mr. Yanney also serves as a member of the boards of directors of America First Apartment Investors, Inc., Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, Forest Oil Corporation, Level 3 Communications Inc., Magnum Resources, Inc., RCN Corporation, Netrake Corporation, and InLight Solutions, Inc. In 2005, Mr. Yanney was awarded the prestigious Horatio Alger Award.
