Senator Lautenberg marks the 30th Anniversary of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) during a rally on Capitol Hill. Lautenberg wrote the laws that lowered the legal blood alcohol limit to and set the national drinking age at 21. He is now working to enact new laws, including one that will require ignition interlocks to stop repeat drunk drivers from getting behind the wheel. (September 23, 2010)
