The Copyright Office has posted additional information pertaining to the May 11 Technology Hearing in its rulemaking proceeding pertaining to exemptions from the prohibition against circumvention of technological measures that control access to copyrighted works. The deadline for requests to participate in the Technology Hearing and request to testify in the subsequent hearings from May 31 to June 6 is Monday, April 2, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
