Copyright Office Extends Deadline for Reply Comments on Reporting Section 115 Statements of Account
The Copyright Office is extending, at the request of stakeholders, the deadline for filing reply comments regarding its notice of proposed rulemaking concerning regulations for reporting monthly and annual statements of account for the making and distribution of phonorecords under compulsory licenses obtained pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 115. Reply comments are due no later than 5 p.m. EST on December 10, 2012. Submit reply comments on the Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov/docs/section115/soa/comments/.
