Abbey Potter

Abigail Potter is a Program Officer with NDIIPP at the Library of Congress. She also currently serves as the Communications Officer for the International Internet Preservation Consortium, a group of over 40 libraries and archives from around the world who work together to promote and improve the practice of web archiving. Since joining the Library of Congress in 2006 Abigail has contributed to the Section 108 Study Group, the Preserving Creative America initiative, the NDIIPP Communications Team, the National Digital Stewardship Alliance, and the Web Archiving Team. Prior to joining the Library, Abigail worked on digital publishing and library programs at National Public Radio, the University of Michigan Library, The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, and the University of Michigan Press. Abigail earned an MS in 2005 from the University of Michigan, School of Information and a BA in 1999 from Western Michigan University.
