The Library of Congress will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the gift of 3,000 cherry trees from the city of Tokyo with a special exhibition.   "Sakura: Cherry Blossoms as Living Symbols of Friendship," will run Tuesday, March 20 through Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. Admission is free and open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.   To learn more, visit this page.
