Policy Statement on the Principles for Development and Distribution of Annual Stress Test Scenarios

This interim guidance sets forth the general processes and factors to be used by the OCC in development and distributing the stress test scenarios for the annual stress test required by the Dodd- Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 as implemented by the Annual Stress Test final rule.

Renewable Fuels Standard Program

The Environmental Protection Agency is planning to submit an information collection request, "Renewable Fuels Standard Program" to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Moving Security Zone Around Escorted Vessels on the Lower Mississippi River

The Captain of the Port of New Orleans is establishing a Moving Security Zone on the Mississippi river, mile marker 88.0 through mile marker 106.0, extending 300 yards on all sides of vessels being escorted by one or more Coast Guard assets or other federal, state, or local law enforcement agency assets.

Radio Broadcasting Services

The Audio Division, at the request of Appalachian Broadcasting Company, Inc., allots Channel 265A at Maysville, Georgia, as the community's second local service. A staff engineering analysis confirms that Channel 265A can be allotted to Maysville consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Rules with a site restriction 13.4 kilometers northwest of the community.

Resumption of the Population Estimates Challenge Program

The Bureau of the Census is resuming the Population Estimates Challenge Program to provide eligible governmental units the opportunity to file requests for the review of population estimates for 2011 and subsequent years.

2013 Rate Changes

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is announcing the 2013 rates it will charge meat and poultry establishments, egg products plants, and importers and exporters for providing voluntary, overtime, and holiday inspection and identification, certification, and laboratory services.
