The picture of comfort at the first sight. The serene and sublime surroundings makes this a great picture. What an amount of perfection and in lighting. No more words to describe.

There are two sizeable lakes on the Sandhurst campus/estate. A map and several photos taken a couple of years ago are at
      www.loweswatercam.co.uk/101127_Camberley_Lake _Walk.htm

But www.archive.org/stream/annalsofsandhurs00mock rich/annalso... suggests that the "bathing lake" is separate:
"The Wish stream after passing the lower tanks enters the bathing
lake, the overflow from which proceeds in two streams round the
bridging island, and then, as one stream, finds its way under the
Chinese Bridge and the Royal Staff Corps Bridge into the Lower
Lake. The Upper, or Staff College, Lake is fed by minor
streams from the direction of Camberley, and its overflow enters
the Lower Lake a little to the east of the Royal Staff Corps Bridge. "

Found! It is labelled "Bathing Pool" on Google Maps

@swanq: Thanks for pinning down the location. It's very interesting to see how much of the water still flows from the bathing pool and around the college parking lots to reach the Lower Lake. -- Helena (LOC)
