Apparently Charles Dickens' rented a house (Fort House) here, but I can't be sure if it's visible here. It was renamed Bleak House at a later point. It is possibly the house at upper far right, since en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleak_House,_Broadstair s indicates, "It was built around 1801 and then substantially extended, doubling in size, in 1901." In that case, the photochrom shows the house before its extension.
