The building in the background (centre) was built in 1893 and is nowadays called The Hans Christian Andersen Castle.

The sailing ship that is there now does not seem to be the original one, as an aerial photo of 1922 does not show a ship at all.

This is a copy of a frigate in a 1:10 scale.

Build in Hvide Sande 1993
Another one was build for amusemanet park Kurashiki Tivolipark in Japan
The lake itself is a part of the moat that once circled the intire city.

Of course you are rigth. The ship on the photo is not the 3rd one, wether it is no 1 or 2 i can't say rigth here right now, but since it was possible to sail right into the gardens until about 1880 this might very well be no 1.
