      I live only 2 minutes drive from here and it has its ows history. The place is from Eidfjord by the lake "Vatnet" (the water) from the center to upper Eidfjord, this tunnel and more lies between the two little vilages. And it is on the road to Måbøvalley were Vøringsfoss waterfall also is!
      Splendid wiew to mountains all around you, rising to 1200 meeters up.The Valleys around Eidfjord,HArdanger at the western side is having more than 10 waterfalls nearby all in 1 hour to drive around and see! Eidfjord village may be the first in Norway to build the very first tunnel put up in the late 1890 years.
