Can anyone explain the one-sided collar and the way the tie ends on his right?

  6. pix luvr (48 months ago | reply)

Boats-n-cars... it looks like the collar is all there... but a stain on the photograph is clearly more noticable, therefore creating an illusion of a one-sided collar and blunt ending of the tie. The stain extends into the jaw & lower cheek area also. oops.

Thanks pix luvr. It almost looks as if someone started to paint-out the collar ant tie.

Attention: Design Commitee of the U.S. Postal Service: On this, the eve of the Bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln's birth, it would be fitting and appropriate to enshrine Mr.Lincoln's memory into our hearts with the introduction of a sheetlet of U.S.postage stamps with various portraits of Lincoln, both when he was young and as an adult.
