David Christopher

David Christopher joined the U.S. Copyright Office in 2006 and is currently Information and Records Division Chief. A former Peace Corps Volunteer, he has been with the Library of Congress since 1999. He earned an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee. He also attended a one-week executive education course at the John F. Kennedy School of Government and now tells everyone that he went to Harvard.
