Udall Speech on the FISA Amendments Act

Mark Udall gave a speech on the Senate floor this afternoon encouraging his colleagues to amend the FISA Amendments Act (FAA) to better protect Americans from having their communications collected under this law. Udall also encouraged his Senate colleagues to include in the bill better reporting requirements so Congress and the public can know if Americans have had their e-mails and phones calls collected under the FAA.
