Mr. Michael F. Bennet, from the State of Colorado, called the
Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the Reverend John Fuller, Senior Pastor of
Prairie Lakes Church, Cedar Falls, Iowa, offered a prayer, and Mr. Bennet
led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the
United States of America.
