SUMMARY
Establishes the Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah, on the grounds that "a number of natural bridges situated in southeastern Utah [have] heights more lofty and spans far greater than any heretofore known to exist, [and] are of the greatest scientific interest [as]... extraordinary examples of stream erosion."

NOTES
The boundaries of this National Monument were later enlarged by a Presidential proclamation of September 25, 1909 (36 Stat. 2502), and were redefined on the basis of further surveys by a Presidential proclamation of February 11, 1916 (39 Stat. 1764).
