Boliva historian Eric Langer speaks at the Library of Congress.
Speaker Biography: Eric Langer is a professor at Georgetown University and expert in Bolivian history. His works include "Economic and Rural Resistance in Bolivia" and "Historia de Tarija," and he is the editor of the second volume of "Encyclopedia of Latin American History and Culture" (6 volumes), the editor of the forthcoming third edition and a contributing editor to the Library of Congress Handbook of Latin American Studies.
