Speaker Biography: Regina A. Root is associate professor of Hispanic Studies in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, and a core faculty member of the Environmental Science and Policy and the Global Studies programs at the College of William and Mary. She is the editor of The Latin American Fashion Reader (Berg Publishers, 2005).
